We're open and back to doing what we do best: an unlimited buffet! Please note, due to current restrictions we are unable to offer alcohol as this is not permitted as part of a buffet service.
Things have changed a little, but we are committed to delivering the same ChaoBaby unlimited buffet experience you know and love. For now, we recommend that you book a table online so that we can manage any potential wait times, as well as social distancing. If you are unable to book in advance, don't worry our team will still do all they can to get you a table.
We are following the below guidelines set by the Government:
-
The maximum party size is six per reservation
-
Please provide information on arrival for Test & Trace purposes
-
Please wear a mask when entering and moving around our restaurant
-
We cannot accept multiple bookings for one party for larger tables
-
Please note that during busy periods we operate a seating policy based on your group size and would respectfully request that you arrive promptly to ensure you take full advantage of your time allocation. If you are more than 15 minutes late and do not let us know, we cannot guarantee to hold the table for your reservation, and it might be given to waiting guests
-
We cannot guarantee access to all areas of the restaurant due to safe distancing
-
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, a booking does not guarantee entry
-
At peak times there may be queuing in place to gain access to the restaurant. Please follow all guidelines and social distancing
-
We are encouraging contactless payments when possible, and then card payments over cash when not
-
We kindly ask to protect the safety of our staff and guests that if you are feeling unwell please let us know and we can cancel your table
-
As requested by government guidelines we will keep your data on file for 21 days for track and trace requirements
If you have any queries or if we can be of further assistance, please email us at reservations@thaileisuregroup.co.uk
